| Instructions For ordering gifts
1. Please download the gift order form from our website and complete it, then fax or email it to our sales representative.
2. Please confirm your order with our sales representative regarding the gift item, quantity and delivery terms.
3. A 30% deposit should be paid upon the confirmation of your gift order.Both shipping fees and custom clearance charges are to be paid by the buyer.
4. Gift order production will be processed upon receiption of the deposite.Normally,the lead time is about 20 days,and we will contact you if lead time will be longer.
5. Please check and confirm your goods after arrival. Any problems please contact us within 20 days (spot photos needed) , damaged goods (functional damages only)or quantity shortage will be replaced or complemented accordingly. We do not guarantee any remedies for claims made beyond 20 days since receipt of your goods.
