On April 20, 2007, assigned by Mr. Jackson Wang, Mr. Zang Xiaogang, Ninestar’s marketing director, signed an agreement with Chinese Red Cross Foundation (CRCF). According to the agreement, Ninestar agrees to donate 1 million RMB to CRCF to set up a special fund for helping the poor children suffering from leukemia.

The fund named as Ninestar Angel of Love Fund the first fund set up and named by an enterprise specializing on helping leukemia children. The fund will be managed and supervised by the committee made up by members from Ninestar and CRCF, and will be audited by a Certified Public Accountants company. The detailed situation of the usage of the fund and the list of children helped by the fund will be published through the main mass media and CRCF’s official website.

To make the fund keep continuously increasing, Ninestar plans to donate a certain percentage of its sales to the fund. Ninestar will add a logo on the products’ packages saying that when a customer buys an appointed product, a certain percentage of money of its purchasing price will be donated to the fund to help poor children with leukemia. The staff of Ninestar Angel of Love Fund will organize visits to the poor children suffering from leukemia termly to bring more love and hope to them.

"We hope that enterprises, institutions and individuals from home and abroad can offer a hand to the poor leukemia-stricken children," said Wang Rupeng, the secretary-general of CRCF. Ninestar understands that helping the children with leukemia is a big project especially facing the fact that the number of children with leukemia is rapidly increasing. Only some enterprises’ strength and efforts are limited and not enough. Ninestar wishes more love from the public can be bonded to help the country's young leukemia patients.
